  gfxCardStatus is an open-source menu bar application designed for macOS. It enables users of dual GPU MacBook Pros to monitor and switch between the GPUs. The latest version, gfxCardStatus v2.5, can be downloaded easily. If you prefer to build it from source, you can do so by opening gfxCardStatus.xcworkspace and hitting ⌘B.
