"Hacker Scripts" is a humorous depiction of a build engineer's automation exploits. The engineer's eccentric scripts include sending fake late-at-work texts, scanning emails for keywords to roll back databases, scheduling automated sick leave emails, and even controlling a coffee machine. The post provides original scripts in Russian, but pull requests for implementations in other languages are welcome. Environment variables and cron jobs are necessary for running the scripts. The code is released under the WTFPL license.
